Irish Stew with Shiitake Mushrooms
A hearty and flavorful Irish stew made with tender beef, shiitake mushrooms, and a blend of aromatic spices.

- β1 cup sliced Shiitake mushroomsFresh or dried

- β2 tablespoons All-purpose flourFor thickening
- β2 cups Beef brothHomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup Red wine (optional)For added depth of flavor
