Bamboo Chicken Wrap
A flavorful and healthy wrap filled with grilled chicken, bamboo shoots, and mixed vegetables. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Poulet (chicken breast)cut into thin strips
- ●1 cup Bamboo shootscanned or fresh
- ●1 Petit (small) onionchopped
- ●1 teaspoon Algerian (cumin, coriander, paprika) spicesmixed
- ●1 cup Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cucumber)sliced
- ●1 Wrap (flatbread or tortilla)whole wheat or gluten-free
- ● Steamed (optional)for cooking bamboo shoots

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, mix together chicken breast, Algerian spices, and chopped onion.

Grill the chicken mixture for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, steam bamboo shoots according to package instructions.

In a separate pan, sauté sliced vegetables in a little oil until tender.
