Venezuelan Beef Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole filled with Venezuelan flavors and tender beef.

- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 Casserole9x13 inch dish
- β1 cup shredded Venezuelan cheese
- β1 cup Tomato sauce
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.

Season the beef mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the beef mixture to the casserole dish.

Top the beef mixture with the shredded cheese.

Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the cheese.
