Pillowy German Sausage Stuffed Mitsuba

- β1 pound German SausageUse a high-quality, fatty sausage
- β4-6 buns Pillowy BunsGerman-style buns or similar
- β2 teaspoons Moroccan SpicesUse a pre-mixed tagine spice blend
