Greek Gratins
A simple and delicious recipe combining the flavors of Greece with the comfort of gratins.
Ingredients
- β1 cup pillowy cheeseshredded
- β1/2 cup Greek yogurtplain
- β1 cup gratinsliced
- β1/2 cup flourall-purpose
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp salt
- β1/2 tsp pepper
- β1 tsp dried oregano

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix grated gratin, flour, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

In a greased 8-inch square baking dish, create a layer of the gratin mixture. Top with a layer of the yogurt-cheese mixture.

Repeat the layers one more time, ending with a layer of gratin on top.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the gratin is tender.
