Portuguese-Style Dumpling Stew

- β1 pound Portuguese sausage
- β1 block Tofumarinated in portuguese spices
- β1 package Dumplings
- β4 cups Vegetable broth
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Salt and pepper
