Thai-Style Polish Pork Dumplings
A twist on traditional pork dumplings, infused with Thai flavors and spices. Pillowy soft dumplings filled with tender pork, perfect for a unique dinner experience.

- β200g pilau rice
- β2 tbsp fish sauce
- β1 tbsp soy sauce
- β2 pandanus leaves
- β100g soft polish sausage
- β100g green onions
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1 tsp paprika
- β1 tsp salt

Combine pork, pilau rice, fish sauce, soy sauce, coriander, paprika, and salt in a mixing bowl.

Knead the mixture until it forms a cohesive dough.

Divide the dough into small portions and shape into balls.

Wrap each ball with a soft polish sausage slice.

Heat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil and cook the dumplings until golden brown.
