Delicious Sweet Dosa
A sweet twist on the classic Indian dosa, perfect for breakfast or as a snack. The pillowy texture of this dosa is achieved by the fermented batter.

- β1 cup rice
- β1 cup pillowyfermented dosa batter
- β1/2 cup sweetgrated jaggery or sugar
- β2-3 dosas

Instructions

Soak the rice in water for 4-5 hours.

Grind the soaked rice into a smooth batter.

Mix in the fermented pillowy dosa batter and sweet.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour a ladle of the dosa batter onto the pan and spread it evenly.

Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to curl.
