Pillowy Venezuelan Chicken Wrap
Delicious and flavorful Venezuelan-inspired chicken wrap with pillowy flatbread, marinated chicken, and spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β4-6 pieces pillowy flatbreadhomemade or store-bought
- β1 teaspoon paprikasmoked or sweet
- β1 large wrapfor serving
- β2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaiseoptional
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantrofor garnish
- β1/2 cup sliced red onionfor garnish
- βto taste salt

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the chicken breast to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

4. Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, toast the pillowy flatbread on the grill or in a toaster.

6. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise on each flatbread, if using.
