Pink Peach Stir Fry
A sweet and savory stir fry with juicy peaches and a hint of pink salt. Serve as a healthy dinner option.
Ingredients

- β1 tsp pink salt
- β2 tbsp honeyoptional
- β2 tbsp vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 cup onionsliced
- β1 cup bell peppersliced
- β1 cup mexican stir fry mix
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and stir-fry until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the diced peaches and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until they start to caramelize.

Add the pink salt and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the honey (if using) and stir-fry for another minute.
