Feta and Italian Carbonara Pasta
A classic Italian pasta dish with a twist, adding feta cheese for a tangy flavor.
Ingredients
- β12 oz pasta (italian spaghetti)
- β1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- β1/2 cup grated italian cheese (parmesan)
- β1 cup carbonara cheese sauce
- β10 pitted briny olives
- β1 tsp italian seasoning
- βto taste black pepper
- β3 cloves minced garlic
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the carbonara cheese sauce to the skillet and stir until melted.

Add the crumbled feta cheese to the skillet and stir until combined.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss with the cheese sauce until well coated.

Add the briny olives and italian seasoning to the skillet and toss to combine.

Season with black pepper to taste.
