Grilled Chiles with Piquant Sauce
A tangy and slightly spicy Italian-inspired dish featuring smoked chiles grilled to perfection and served with a creamy piquant sauce.

- β2 Smoked chilesavailable at most Italian markets
- β1 tsp Mexican oreganooptional
- β3 cloves Garlicminced

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.

Grill the smoked chiles for 2-3 minutes per side, or until slightly charred.

Transfer the chiles to a cutting board and let cool slightly.

Peel the skin off the chiles and chop into small pieces.

In a blender or food processor, combine piquant sauce, oregano, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
