Turkish Cauliflower Pockets
A crispy, flavorful twist on traditional flatbread. Fill with roasted cauliflower, piquant sauce, and spices.
Ingredients

- β1 head, broken into florets Cauliflower
- β2 tbsp Piquant Sauce
- β1 tsp Turkish Red Pepper Flake
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss cauliflower with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix piquant sauce and Turkish red pepper flake.

Warm flatbread by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble pockets by spooning roasted cauliflower onto flatbread, followed by a dollop of piquant sauce.
