Almond Irish Poached Oatmeal
A delicious and comforting breakfast dish made with poached oats, almond milk, and a hint of Irish flair.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons irish butterunsalted
- β1 tablespoon stir-fry sweeteneroptional
- βpinch saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon cinnamonoptional

In a medium saucepan, bring the almond milk to a simmer over medium heat.

Add the rolled oats and stir to combine.

Reduce heat to low and cook, covered, for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid.

Stir in the Irish butter and sweetener (if using).

Season with salt and cinnamon (if using).

Serve hot, topped with additional sweetener or cinnamon if desired.

Prepare a poaching liquid by bringing 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
