Middle Eastern Turkey Kebabs
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring marinated turkey and sweet pomegranate glaze, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound turkey breastcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons pomegranate molassesor pomegranate jam
- β2 tablespoons olive oildivided
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- β1/2 teaspoon saltto taste
- β10-12 skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes

2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pomegranate molasses.

3. Add the turkey cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

4. Thread the marinated turkey onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
