Korean Puffed Pepper Wrap
A Chinese-inspired dish featuring a crispy puffed pepper wrap filled with spicy Korean chili flakes and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β4-6 wraps Puffed pepper wraphomemade or store-bought
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakesgochugaru
- β1 Bell peppersany color
- β1 Sliced cucumbersthinly sliced
- β1 Sliced carrotsthinly sliced
- β1 Sliced green onionsthinly sliced
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add a small amount of oil and cook the sliced bell peppers until tender.

Add the sliced cucumbers, carrots, and green onions to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together the Korean chili flakes and a pinch of salt.
