Sous Vide Biber Steak with Tabbouleh
A simple and flavorful dish featuring sous vide biber steak served with a refreshing tabbouleh salad.
Ingredients
- β4 (6 oz each) Biber steakpreferably at room temperature
- βto taste Saltcoarse salt for seasoning
- βto taste Black pepperfreshly ground
- β2 tbsp Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 tbsp Olive oilextra virgin
- β1 cup Pulbulgur or cracked wheat
- β1 cup Tabboulehstore-bought or homemade
- β Sous vide machinefor precise temperature control
- β Sous vide bagfood-safe and suitable for sous vide
Instructions

Season the biber steak with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the biber steak for 1-2 minutes per side, then transfer to a sous vide bag.

Seal the sous vide bag and cook in the sous vide machine at 130Β°F (54Β°C) for 1 hour.

While the steak is cooking, prepare the tabbouleh according to package instructions.

Remove the steak from the sous vide bag and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the steak against the grain and serve with the tabbouleh salad.
