Dutch Baked Pungent Dishes

- ●1 loaf Dutch rye breadstale bread works best
- ●1 medium Onionthinly sliced
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 tsp Bakeground cumin

2. Tear the rye bread into small pieces and place on a baking sheet.

3. Drizzle with a little olive oil and toss to coat.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

5. In a large skillet, sauté the sliced onion and minced garlic in a little olive oil until softened.

6. Add the pungent mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.
