Ukrainian Umeboshi Pasta
A fusion of traditional Ukrainian flavors and Japanese umeboshi plums, served on top of a simple pasta dish.

- β8 oz pasta
- β4-6 plums, chopped umeboshi plums
- β3 cloves, minced pungent garlic
- β2 tbsp energizing olive oil
- β1/4 cup, chopped ukrainian dill
- βto taste salt

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped umeboshi plums and cook for 2-3 minutes.
