Feta Revithia Fritters
Crunchy, garlicky, and cheesy fritters filled with the goodness of Greek revithia. Perfect for a snack or light lunch.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup, crumbled feta cheese
- β2 cloves, minced garlicpungent
- β1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup bread crumbs

In a large bowl, combine revithia, feta cheese, garlic, flour, and bread crumbs.

Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.

Add a pinch of salt to taste.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties.

Heat about 1/2 inch of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

When the oil is hot, add a few patties to the skillet (do not overcrowd).

Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
