Spanish Paella Pasta Bake
A twist on the classic Spanish dish, combining the flavors of paella with the comfort of a pasta bake. Perfect for a cozy night in.
Ingredients
- β8 oz penne pasta pasta
- β1 cup uncooked Spanish rice spanish
- β1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes peaceful
- β1 cup store-bought or homemade paella seasoning paella
- β1 small onion, diced pungent
- β2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes, paella seasoning, and cooked Spanish rice to the skillet.

Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, tomato and rice mixture.

Stir to combine and top with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
