Norwegian Panna Cotta with Kanten

- β250g kanten
- β1 tablespoon agar
- β1/2 cup pungentsuch as activated charcoal powder
- β1/4 cup snappysuch as snappy ginger
- β1 bowlfor serving

Instructions

Soak the kanten in water for 4 hours.

Drain the kanten and blend with agar in a saucepan.

Add pungent and snappy to the saucepan.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
