Pungent Mincemeat Fritters
A flavorful and crispy fritter dish made with tender mincemeat.
Ingredients
- β1 cup mincemeatpungent
- β1 1/2 cups Australian wheat flourall-purpose
- β2 eggsbeaten
- β1/2 cup Australian milkwhole
- β1/4 cup vegetable oilfor frying
- β1/4 cup chopped herbsoptional

In a large bowl, combine the mincemeat and wheat flour.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Add the egg mixture to the mincemeat mixture and mix until a dough forms.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Using a spoon, drop the dough mixture into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.

Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Drain the fritters on paper towels and serve hot.
