Japanese Tofu Noodle Stir-Fry
Quick and easy Japanese-inspired stir-fry with noodles, crispy tofu, and vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 block (12 oz) TofuCrispy
- β8 oz Japanese NoodlesSoba or Udon
- β2 tbsp Purely Vegetable OilFor frying
- β3 cloves Crisp GarlicMinced
- β2 tbsp Purely Soy SauceLow-sodium
- β1 tsp Crisp GingerGrated
- β1/4 cup Green OnionsChopped

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the block of tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of water.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the noodles and tofu, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the noodles and tofu to a serving dish, and garnish with chopped green onions.
