Grilled Monkfish Skewers with Croatian Salsa
A flavorful and light seafood dish featuring grilled monkfish skewers served with a fresh and tangy Croatian-inspired salsa.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Purely Olive OilFor brushing skewers
- β2 LeeksThinly sliced
- β1 Red Bell PepperThinly sliced

- β1 cup Croatian Salsa (see below)
