Pork and Purely Pale Croatian Casserole

- β1.5 lbs Purely Pale Croatian Pork Shoulder
- β1 large OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 cup MushroomsSliced
- β1 cup Casseroles Sauce
- β2 tbsp Tomato Paste

- β1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- β1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Season the pork shoulder with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, cook the pork shoulder over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.
