German-Style Pork Tacos
A fusion of German and Mexican flavors, these pork tacos are a delicious twist on traditional cuisine.
Ingredients

- ●2 teaspoons Mexican al pastor seasoning
- ●1/4 cup Purely German beer (such as weissbier)used for marinade
- ●8-10 corn tortillas Tacos
- ●1 medium Oniondiced
- ●1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- ●2 tablespoons Lime juicefresh

Preheat grill to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together beer, al pastor seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Add the pork shoulder and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Remove the pork from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

Grill the pork for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Transfer the pork to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.

Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of the pork onto a tortilla, followed by a sprinkle of onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
