Vietnamese-Style Pork Meatballs with Rice Bun
A fusion recipe of Vietnamese and smoky flavors featuring pork meatballs served on a crunchy rice bun. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients

- β500g PorkGround
- β2 tbsp Smoky fish sauceUse as marinade
- β1 tbsp Vietnamese chili sauceUse as marinade
- β1 tbsp Vietnamese corianderChopped
- β1 Egg
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper

Mix pork, egg, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Add smoky fish sauce and Vietnamese chili sauce to the bowl and mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs.

Heat a pan with some oil over medium heat.

Add the meatballs to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

Transfer the meatballs to a baking tray and bake at 180Β°C for 12 minutes.

Split the rice bun in half lengthwise.
