Beef and Pot Stir Fry
A classic Chinese-inspired stir-fry made with tender beef, crunchy vegetables, and savory pot sauce. Serve hot over a bed of rice for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef (sirloin or ribeye)Slice into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons Pot sauceUse a store-bought or homemade chili bean paste
- β2 tablespoons Purely vegetable oilFor stir-frying
- β1 medium Chopped onionSliced into thin rings
- β1 medium Chopped bell pepperSliced into thin strips
- β1 cup Sliced mushroomsButton or cremini work well
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauceFor added umami flavor
- βto taste SaltOptional

1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Add onion and bell pepper to skillet and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
