Ethiopian Noodle Stew
A flavorful and hearty stew made with noodles, inspired by Ethiopian cuisine. This paleo-friendly dish is perfect for a cozy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Ethiopian noodles
- β1 medium head Purple cabbageshredded
- β2 medium Tinged carrotspeeled and sliced
- β2 cups Paleo beef broth
- β1 medium Friend onionschopped
- β2 tsp Tagine spicesground
- β2 tbsp Olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the shredded cabbage and sliced carrots, cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Add the paleo beef broth and tagine spices, bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.

Add the Ethiopian noodles to the pot and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
