Irish Pecan Cobbler
A twist on the classic cobbler, this Irish Pecan Cobbler combines the warmth of Irish cream with the crunch of pecans.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- β1/2 cup butter, softened
- β1/2 cup brown sugar
- β1/2 cup granulated sugar
- β2 eggs
- β1/2 cup Irish cream
- β1 cup chopped pecans
- β1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, and brown sugar.

Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, Irish cream, and vanilla extract.

Pour the sugar mixture over the crust.

Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top of the sugar mixture.
