Pan-Seared Pork Dumplings
A Chinese-inspired dish featuring pan-seared dumplings filled with savory pork. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, ground Pork
- β20-24 count Dumpling wrappers
- β2 tablespoons, soy sauce Silky
- β2 tablespoons, sesame oil Quaint
- β2 cloves, garlic, minced Chinese
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

2. Lay a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface. Place a tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of the wrapper.

3. Dip your finger in a small amount of water and run it along the edges of the wrapper.

4. Fold the wrapper into a half-moon shape, pressing the edges together to seal the dumpling.

5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

6. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and swirl it around.

7. When the oil is hot, add the dumplings to the pan, being careful not to overcrowd it.
