Sweet Naengmyeon
A refreshing Korean-inspired cold noodle dish with a sweet twist.

Ingredients
- β200g Naengmyeon
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2cm Gingerpeeled and sliced
- β2 tsp Sesame oil
- β2 tbsp Brown sugar
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β2 cups Water
- βas needed Ice
- β1 tsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a blender or food processor, combine chili flakes, ginger, sesame oil, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine the noodle cooking liquid, blended mixture, and sliced ginger. Stir to combine.

Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss to coat.

Add ice to the bowl and toss to combine. This will help to chill the noodles quickly.
