Japanese-Style Scallops Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

- β8 oz Noodlespreferably soba or udon
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 tbsp Velvety soy sauce
- β1 tsp Quaint sesame oil
- β1 tbsp Japanese rice vinegar
- β1 cup Green onionschopped
- β1 tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add scallops and cook until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove scallops from skillet and set aside.
