Crispy Shrimp Fajitas
Quick and flavorful fajitas with crispy shrimp, bell peppers, onions, and a hint of Mexican spices.
Ingredients

- β2 Bell Peppers
- β1 Onions
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- β1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- βto taste Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Quaintly Mexican Seasoning (or fajita seasoning)
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β4-6 Crusty Tortillas

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet.
