Quaint Tagine with Kabocha and Eastern Flair

- β1 medium kabocha squashpeeled, seeded, and cubed
- β1 teaspoon eastern spicesa blend of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β1 sheet flaky pastrythawed

- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

In a large skillet, heat the quaintly spiced oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
