Ceviche Squid with Thai Spices
A refreshing Thai-inspired ceviche dish made with tender squid, mixed with aromatic spices and herbs.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Squid tubes
- β1/2 cup Lime juice
- β2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- β1 Thai red chili
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β1 medium Canadian baby potatoes
- β1 cup Quenched water
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

1. Rinse the squid tubes under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

2. Cut the squid tubes into bite-sized pieces.

3. In a large bowl, combine the squid pieces, lime juice, fish sauce, Thai red chili, and cilantro.

4. Stir well to combine, and let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.

5. Cut the Canadian baby potatoes into small cubes and add them to the marinade.

6. Stir well to combine, and let the mixture marinate for another 30 minutes.

7. Just before serving, stir in the quenched water and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

8. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

9. Serve the ceviche squid cold, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
