Ukrainian Peanut Cookies
A classic dessert recipe from Ukraine, featuring peanut cookies with a unique texture.

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and all-purpose flour.

Add the chopped peanuts, crushed cookies, and high-quality vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Roll the dough into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
