Traditional Pastrmajlija with Croatian Twist

- β1 package Pastrmajlija Crust Mixavailable at most European grocery stores
- β2 tablespoons Quenched Buttersoftened to room temperature
- β1 medium Diced Onionfinely chopped
- β1 cup Grated CheeseDutch or Cheddar
- β1 large Beaten Eggfor egg wash
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

In a large pan, cook ground pork over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
