Grilled Squid Tagine
A Moroccan-inspired dish featuring grilled squid, served in a flavorful tagine sauce. Gluten-free and perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound squid
- β1 cup egyptian tagine
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon pepper
- β1/4 cup quenched

1. Rinse the squid under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the squid and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until slightly charred.

4. Transfer the squid to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

5. Reduce heat to medium and add the tagine to the skillet.
