Spicy Korean Cabbage Stew
A hearty and flavorful Korean-inspired stew made with napa cabbage, korean chili flakes, and a hint of sweetness from the cabbage.
Ingredients
- β2 heads Napa CabbageShredded into thin strips
- β2 teaspoons Korean Chili Flakes (gochugaru)Adjust to taste for desired level of spiciness
- β1 cup StewHomemade or store-bought

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the shredded napa cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes, until slightly softened.

Add the Korean chili flakes, stew, fluffy quenched sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
