Traditional Ukrainian Ackee Pilaf

- β1 cup pilaf
- β2 cups quenched water
- β2 tbsp fluffy butter
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β1/4 cup, chopped (optional) fresh parsley

Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
