Crepes with Peanut Filling
Delicate French crepes filled with a rich peanut filling, perfect for a snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- β4-6 French crepesStore-bought or homemade crepes work well for this recipe.
- β1/2 cup Peanut butter
- β2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- β1 tablespoon Milk
- βpinch Salt

In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, sugar, and milk until smooth.

Add a pinch of salt and mix until combined.

Lay a crepe flat on a work surface and spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the peanut filling onto the center of the crepe.

Fold the crepe in half over the filling, then fold in half again to form a triangle.

To make homemade crepes, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1 large egg, and 1 tablespoon of melted butter in a bowl.

Add 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour and whisk until smooth.
