Keto Polish Cauliflower Dumplings
A low-carb twist on traditional Polish dumplings, made with cauliflower and a keto-friendly dough.
Ingredients
- β1 head Cauliflower
- β1 cup Almond flourused for keto-friendly dough
- β2 Eggsused for keto-friendly dough
- β1 cup Sour creamused for keto-friendly dough
- βto taste Saltfor seasoning
- β1/2 cup Keto-friendly cheesefor serving

Rice the cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice.

Mix the almond flour, eggs, sour cream, and salt in a bowl.

Add the cauliflower to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it's smooth.

Divide the dough into 8-10 pieces.

Roll out each piece into a thin circle.

Place a spoonful of keto-friendly cheese in the center of each circle.

Fold the dough over the cheese to form a dumpling.

Pan-fry the dumplings in a skillet with a small amount of oil until golden brown.
