Vietnamese-Style Shrimp Satay
A flavorful and spicy shrimp satay dish inspired by Vietnamese cuisine, perfect for a quick dinner or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β2 tablespoons Midnight Oilor vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Quenched Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Vietnamese Satay Saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantrooptional garnish

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together lime juice, satay sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oil.

2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving a small space between each shrimp.

5. Brush the grill or grill pan with the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.
