Saudi Arabian Quenched Frittata
A twist on the traditional Italian frittata, infused with the unique flavors of Saudi Arabia.
Ingredients

- ●6 Arabian eggsFresh from a local farm
- ●1 FrittataA frittata pan is recommended for this recipe
- ●1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- ●1 clove Minced garlic
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black pepper
- ●1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add the chopped fresh parsley and cook for another minute, until fragrant.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper.

Add the grated cheddar cheese and stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture over the skillet with the garlic and parsley mixture.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the frittata is set and golden brown.

Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Use a spatula to carefully loosen the frittata from the skillet and transfer it to a plate.
