Shandong Noodle Soup

- ●1 block tofucut into small pieces
- ●2 cups quenched
- ●2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ●1 piece ginger
- ●2 cloves garlic
- ●2 tbsp soy sauce
- ●4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the tofu and cook for 2 minutes.
