Smoky Spanish Corn Fritters

- β2 tortillasoaked in water
- β1 tsp smoked paprika
- β1 clove quenched garlicminced
- β1/4 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp black pepper
- β1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preheat the oil to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Drain the soaked tortillas and chop into small pieces.
