Lamb Koftas with Smoky Tunisian Flair

- β2 tbsp Smoky Quenched Tunisian Chili PasteFor the smoky flavor
- β1 tsp Grill SeasoningAdd a touch of smokiness
- β2 tbsp Olive OilFor grilling

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, smoky quenched tunisian chili paste, grill seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

3. Divide the lamb mixture into 8-10 portions, depending on desired kofta size.

4. Shape each portion into a ball and then flatten slightly into a disk shape.

5. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.

6. Grill the koftas for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 63Β°C.
