Uruguayan Roast Lamb
A delicious and flavorful Uruguayan-style roast lamb dish, perfect for a special occasion. This recipe combines the rich flavors of lamb with a smoky Uruguayan twist.

- ●2 tbsp smoked paprika
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●2 sprigs rosemaryfresh

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Rinse the lamb leg and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the lamb leg, making sure to coat it evenly.

Place the lamb leg in a roasting pan and put it in the oven.

Roast the lamb for 20 minutes per kilogram, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the lamb. It should reach 63°C (145°F) for medium-rare.
